Farm Project Description
If we relocate there would likely be a change in name of the farm. Currently located in Westholme, Vancouver Island.
We aim to provide organically grown local produce to low income families. We raise Muscovy ducks for meat and have a mixed flock of heritage breed chickens (rainbow eggs). All our birds are pasture raised. We have kept bees the last two years, but we are taking a break until we relocate. We are a permaculture based operation and would like to carry on with those practices. My fiancé works an off farm job in construction and we’ve built what we currently have from the ground up with a lot of salvaged materials.
