sustainable, low impact, organic farming and beekeeping geared toward selfsustainability and cooperation within the existing farming community. we also want to move our professional level blacksmithing school and a pro level woodworking shop on the farm/ranch to be able to teach the next generation necessary skills.
we would also look into a transfer/succession situation with an elderly farmer. my wife is a certified professional caregiver and ran a group home with disabled elderly adults for many years. we want to also bring on as many interested people to teach and educate.
