Microgreen Farm.
Using a systems methodology the farm will be unique as it includes vermiculture and aquaponics. My background in geomorphology can help improve solve various problems or challenges in farm production, and design to increase cash flow margins. I will begin farming a few different crops to develop a customer base and test demand, then expand from there. Once established I would like to grow a market demand for lions mane mushrooms.
