State of the surface of the cultivable area
Description and historical use of land available for farming
The lands were used from the beginning for grazing cattle and hay production. Since the present owner purchased the property in 1998 it was leased out for grazing and haying.

Yes - From Burns Lake 60 km paved highway and then 40 km good gravel road (under highway condition).

No - No cell phone connection on the property but nearby. Land line and internet in all buildings.
Long-term goal or vision for land
One or more farmers, making good use of the different lots while I stay on the N1/2 of N1/2 DL 433, working on my project: https://www.ic.org/advert/likeminded-people-wanted-for-an-intentional-community-on-an-organic-lakefront-farm-in-the-wilderness-of-bc-canada/. Ideally, the farmer(s) and possible community members work together in many ways possible.
Known environmental hazards (wildfire area, flooding, etc.)
Yes - Wildfire risk exists, but all buildings are surrounded by grassland only. Grassfires are the only risk for our buildings. We are prepared with fire fighting equipment including sprinklers on all roofs.
