25 acre field has been unused for the last two years. Was used for hay production and cattle pasture previously. Was left with deep furrows that are starting to even out after sitting for a couple winters.
Description and historical use of land available for farming
Land was previously a beef cattle operation. We moved here in 2022 and have a small scale meat operation (sheep, pigs, poultry) but are not currently utilizing all the land. There is a 25 acre field that is completely available, with a house beside it, but we are open to various arrangements that could include use of other areas.
