  • Not used for agriculture - Land was tilled by previous owner once about 10 years ago as reported by a neighbor. Currently grasses, wild flowers, weeds etc.

    Mainly flat, but has a slightly lower section that gets swampy in wet season. Long grasses and weeds growing. Four smaller trees at the very edge of property.

    It may have been a hay field at one time long ago. It has not been worked in about a decade. It was just tilled once and then left to overgrow.

    No - Road will need to be made/drive over grass of front yard.

    No - The workshop has electricity. Possibility for use of one bay of shop.

    No - No cell service in the area. We do have wifi that extends to the shop. Possibility for setting up wifi extender to reach part of the land area.
    Long-term goal or vision for land

    We have a young family and we want to make a pump track and large garden on the land one day. However, we don't have time or tools right now to fence the property in or work the land. So our vision is that the land gets used in someway until we are ready to use it ourselves. We just don't want to see it sitting there in the back when someone could use it! We see time land sharing timeline lasting 1-5 years.
