Farm Project Description
A gourmet mushroom growing farm focusing on hardwood mushrooms; Oysters, Beeches, Enoki, Matsuke and Lion’s Mane. Starting with those and then, if markets permit, more. Batch processing and growing to have systematic deliveries. The initial setup will be bussiness-to-bussiness and starting small. I’m scaling up from what I grow in a residental room so I can take it commercial.
This is my own project so it is not a big operation. Contained within roughly an acre. The aim is to run the operations clean and contained, but it will not be growing exponentially due to the initial investment and time it take to recouperate investments. I’m seeking space to first setup, which is usually a non-productive period. Hence, I would appreciate if the land-owner can accomodate the slow start.
