Description and historical use of land available for farming
I don't know much of the history of the land. The previous owner had people living in a mobile home on the property and charged them rent. Some detritus/ debris has accumulated over the years. For the most part, it has been fallow for the last 10-20 years, and I don't know what it was prior to that.

Long-term goal or vision for land
I bought this land for personal reasons, hoping to one day steward it and homestead on it. Various life circumstances have rendered this impractical. I would very much love for the land to be cared for, and my current lifestyle prevents that. It is a gorgeous spot in the world with so much potential--it would make me really happy for people who aren't me to engage in a respectful and mutually beneficial relationship with this land.
