No - I dont have a current business plan written down, but I have in the past and can put something together with my ideas.

Yes - Some. I have some savings, and I have pretty much all resources that I need (irrigation, tools, fencing, lights for starts, greenhouses etc.)

Farm Project Description

I currently own and operate a small farm buisness, called Mountan Mama Gardens, located in the Slocan Valley on unceeded Sinixt territories. The land I currently operate on is being aold and I'm in search of a new location, with housing included. I have 4 children, so we would need a minimum of a 4 bedroom home. i need around 2 acres of land for gardens. my gardens are currently around 14,000 sq ft. In the spring I run a greenhouse operation and sell many thousands of plant starts. as the year progresses I sell vegetables and fruit and other preserved goods at local farmers markets, stores and restaurants. I would like to be able to keep a few farm animals, for personal use, but I do not currently have any animals to bring with us.

Yes - As long as there is a space for my family to live, we are very friendly and welcoming people. our current land owners often join us for farm fresh meals.

Yes - I can work without farm buildings, and can build some if allowed, but existing buildings would be great as well.

I have worked with many different situations and will bring my own irrigation infrastructure. I use drip irrigation so my water system can run off as low as 4 psi
