I have been running a chocolate manufacturing company for 7 years. I am looking to expand our activities and launch of new products line with BC grown fruits.
The pilot phase consist in, growing some berries and grapes and use it in my chocolate.
The market is already existing. We sell in wholesale and retail already. Growing-up around cocoa farms, I understand the value of using fresh crops in our manufacturing processes.
This otherside of the business needs to be open to the public and, will have a retail option.
