Long-term goal or vision for land
The owners are excited and hopeful for a farmer to invest in a project on their property, with the same level of care and attention that they have already brought to it. The land has not been recently farmed (pasture for horses only), and would be opportune for conversion to Organic practices. The owners are quite keen that any new farmers should practice ecological farming (does not have to be a certified system), and not use any pesticides or systemic sprays.
