Small project opportunity for horse rescue in the Sea to Sky Corridor with potential of having a tiny home on property for my own personal use. Depending on the size of the property and Regional zoning it may develop to slightly bigger with a few more horses and tiny homes to add educational component to learn about horse rescue and living off-grid.
