Description and historical use of land available for farming

The fenced garden was used to farm certified organic cut flowers around 20 years ago. It also has a small orchard of around 10 pear trees within it. We have used the area to grow a small amount of vegetables over the past two years but feel it’s got much more potential that what we have been able to do with it.
