Farm Project Description
I am current doing a successful business but my passion lies in farming. I have a masters degree from India and I belong to a farming family in India. I have a basic knowledge of irrigation, seeding and taking care of crops.
My goal is to become a large scale farmer. Once I get enough experience of farming in Canadian environment I would like to expand my farming activites to dairy farming. I would like to carry forward the tradition of farming to my next generations as previous generations did in my family.
From my research I have found that the Lower mainland/Fraser Valley land is most suitable for berries so I would like to be in the business of producing the berries. I do not have any business plan yet but once I find a land to start a farm I would be quick to chalk out the plans.
