    Approx 2.5 acres of the property were filled after clearing. The agricultural capability of the property has been improved from Class 6W to Class 4W in areas with Organic Soils and Class 3W in Heron Soils. Topsoil depth in reclaimed areas is approximately 30 cm. This work was done under permit from the ALC.
