I own and live on approximately 2 acres very near Vernon. I am a senior wishing to ‘age-in-place’. My residence and outbuildings are at the front of the property. The area available is at the back of the property, is fenced and cross-fenced and irrigation is available during the summer months as per RDNO regulations. There is a shelter on the property currently used from time-to-time by my senior horse and two miniature donkeys. My livestock would not have access to the leased property or the shelter.
