Looking at the ever changing climate we believe that gardening in Victoria will significantly change in the next few years. Gardening practices will have to become more sustainable and adapt to hotter temperatures and we need to be inspired by Mediterranean plants. Our goal is to grow drought resistant plants and trees that can survive without watering but at the same time can withstand the cold dips in temperature in the winter.
