Farm Project Description
My dream farm is one that uses soil health as a corner stone for all production. I am very open to any types of agriculture but ideally garlic, vegetables and herbs would be the main products. I would utilize my past experience of animal agriculture to invigorate the land using only organic and holistic principles. I hope to direct sell to consumers and restaurants, perhaps as a project with other small farms.
