Flat and near a road. There is an acre or so available, though there is a small waterway running through the corner. Land is currently hayed, and I would like to find a better use for it!

Description and historical use of land available for farming

It was an apple farm a long time ago, but all stumps were removed. It then had horses for a while, but all fences have been removed. Then it was hayed for 10 years or so, we bough it this year and would like to find a good use for it.
