Long-term goal or vision for land

I would like a market gardener to use this land and put it into cultivation. It may be possible to get this part certified organic. I can offer a unique win win marketing opportunity. I have a thriving roadside blueberry market from July 15 to August 15 (approximately). I would be happy to provide a seperate space for a market gardener to sell fruits veg herbs flowers to my customers. You would not be allowed to sell blueberries. The win for me is that your marketing efforts would draw more customers who would hopefully buy blueberries. My expectation is that you would provide only the best quality products. We are known for our quality blueberries.
