Description and historical use of land available for farming

The current landholders have been on the property since the end of 2022 - building a home for the family and a barn for their growing herd of horses and ponies. Prior to that, the previous owners' family lived and farmed on the land for over 60 years - growing vegetables and raising chickens. Their farm stand was a gem for the locals! Approximately 1 acre of flat land, previously the chicken run, is available for the leasing farmer, and an additional smaller section by the newly planted orchard. Use of the established vegetable garden (~2,500 sqft) may be discussed.
