The landholders have been on the property since 2023 - they have 4 rescued horses and 2 dogs. The previous owner had a working farm including a store on site, selling produce, garlic, eggs, etc. This store will be brought back into operation under the new farm business. There is a chicken coop to be filled, and all the garden areas to be planted again.
