Description and historical use of land available for farming
The landholders have been on the property since 2023 - they have 4 rescued horses and 2 dogs. The previous owner had a working farm including a store on site, selling produce, garlic, eggs, etc. This store will be brought back into operation under the new farm business. There is a chicken coop to be filled, and all the garden areas to be planted again. Additional space is available in the back of the property (wooded areas with some cleared spots) for keeping animals and for parking an RV or tiny house.
