Description and historical use of land available for farming

We are a family of 5 and have been on the property since mid 2023 - we have 3 rescued horses, 5 sheep and 2 dogs. The previous owner had a working farm including a store on site, selling produce, garlic, eggs, etc. This store will be brought back into operation under the new farm business. There is a chicken coop to be filled, and all the garden areas to be planted again. Additional space is available in the back of the property (wooded areas with some cleared spots) for keeping animals and for parking an RV or tiny house.

Long-term goal or vision for land

The landholders want to revitalize this farm, to be an aesthetically beautiful farm, that provides a self-sufficient lifestyle for the family and to set up a tangible farm business generating revenue from the land. They're looking for a business partner / farm caretaker to help make this vision a reality! We are looking to rent the cottage for Jan. 1st 2025 for $2500 a month but this sum will be subsidized based on the amount of time the tenant can help on on the property. All animals welcome!
