Farm Project Description
I am a passionate horse trainer focusing on wild or misunderstood horses. My education at the University of Guelph I learnt about growing crops in trees and developing food forests. Protecting waterways from contamination, stopping erosion and how to build soil.
I dream of creating a farm that grows many thing that all balance each other. The animals will help support the crops building soil but also controlling pests.
I am a wild forager and plan to create a medical garden allowing people to walk the land freely and learn how we can work with the land to create a farm that takes less labor every year.
I plan to continue rescuing horses and training them to help our troubled humans with animal therapy.
I started a foraging group in Lanark that is run by %100 volunteers. Learning wild edibles is our ancestral right I plan to continue making most of my work by donation so we can all grow together.
