Do you have a business plan?
Yes - Yes, we have a clear vision and strategy for our business. Currently, we purchase $60,000 worth of seeds annually, and establishing our own seed farm will significantly reduce this cost. Our online seed sales generate seven-figures, and we are excited to further enhance our profitability and sustainability by growing our own seeds. We are prepared to develop a detailed business plan to outline our goals, strategies, and projections for the seed farm.
Do you have financial resources available to start your farm?
Yes - Yes, we have ample financial resources available through our savings to start and sustain our farm. This will ensure we are fully prepared to invest in the necessary infrastructure and operations from the outset.
Do you have access to other financial resources (such as a financial partner, loan, etc.) to start your farm?'
Yes - No, we do not need financial resources to start our farm as we have sufficient funds available through our savings. However, we will be applying for grants that align with our goals to further support and expand our operations.

Farm Project Description
We are a thriving seed-selling business specializing in wildflower, herb, and vegetable seeds. After three successful years in business, we are now ready to expand by cultivating our own high-quality seeds. Our primary focus will be to use these seeds in the variety packs we sell online, while also supplying locally grown seeds to retailers and small-scale farmers within our community.
We are looking for a minimum of 1 acre with a preference for a long-term lease. Our search extends from Ladysmith to Coombs. We come from a building and farming background, enabling us to construct necessary structures and irrigation systems. Our commitment to regenerative growing practices ensures that we will significantly improve soil quality without the use of harmful chemicals, always prioritizing quality.
We are deeply invested in our community. We plan to donate seeds to schools and community gardens, partner with local farmers and offer in-person workshops and online courses to promote sustainable agriculture. Additionally, we aim to enhance our operations by bringing in a small modular building for office use and on-site washrooms, and potentially adding 1-3 modular greenhouses and room for sea cans.
Join us in fostering a sustainable and prosperous local farming community by leasing us the land we need to grow and thrive.
