Description and historical use of land available for farming

Two existing fields ready to hay and fertilize for next year. 7.5 acres and 2 acres in the Columbia Valley, near Golden, B.C. Were seeded with Alfalfa and Timothy in 2023 and oats. Oat were harvested summer of 2023. Timothy is doing well, but fields do need fertilizing next spring. Hoping to have fields hayed this year and continued to be worked long-term. Fields and area could be expanded, 70 acres in ALR and there is water available for irrigation. Has produced well in the past but still needs some some care to bring back to level of excellence. Easy access to all fields, water and property. Homes on the property and owner is frequently visiting and caring for the property.
