Description and historical use of land available for farming
This is approximately a three acre parcel of land currently operating as a Wholesale Perennial Nursery. There are four large areas of outdoor growing areas irrigated by sprinklers. There are ten "hoops" of greenhouses connected as one large greenhouse of 20,000 sq ft. Another set of three greenhouses together operates as a propogation house with heated tables on one side consisting of 6000 sq ft. The preparation and shipping building is also a heated greenhouse structure of 2000 sq ft. A container office, storage shed and bathrooms are also in separate buildings. All greenhouses have gas heaters.
