Farm Project Description
We are a couple in our 30s with a 2-year-old child and three dogs, and we’re excited about the possibility of making a vineyard our new home and farm.
I have over a decade of experience in the wine industry, having graduated in viticulture from Washington State University. Currently, I’m employed as a winemaker and vineyard manager locally . This experience has given me a solid foundation in both viticulture and winemaking, and I’m eager to apply my skills to continue growing a successful vineyard on the land.
Our plans for the land are focused on creating a sustainable and thriving vineyard with a strong emphasis on organic farming practices. We aim to cultivate the land in a way that respects the environment while producing high-quality wine. Additionally, with our background in education, we envision the property as a family-friendly environment that could include community outreach and educational opportunities related to organic viticulture.
