• Other experience/agricultural/business training - Although I primarily garden at home, I have a strong commitment to botany and continuously deepen my knowledge in the field. My brother has a background in capital planning, and my wife has valuable experience selling at farmers' markets, which provides us with a well-rounded understanding of both the operational and commercial aspects of running a business.
