The sncəcmałqtn Agricultural Park (previously known as the “BX Ranchlands”) has been separated into 1/4 acre, 1 acre, and negotiable larger size plots that are now available for license to commercial farmers. The ideal candidate for these plots will be respectful of other farmers’ space and the community at large, as there will be some public access to the farming areas. There is a public bike and horse riding trail that runs alongside the plots, but dogs will not be permitted. Farmers will also be in close proximity to others’ operations, so licensees are encouraged to communicate and work cooperatively with one another to help coordinate crop selection, planting schedules, pollination-sensitive crops, and other operational considerations that may affect neighbouring plots.

There are multiple plots available at each of aforementioned sizes. The plots are currently fallow, but have been farmed in the past. The soil has good agronomic potential and are mainly flat.
