Farm Name
Farm Project Description

Hi my name is Emily and I live on the north shore. I've been living on a homestead here for 6 years. My home is rented and I maintain some of the orchard, I have chickens, ducks, veggies, flowers and for the first time meat rabbits. The land I live on is challenging because it's very steep and has limited daylight. I have had successful years here but I'm finding that they are far and few between and I would like to expand my growing capabilities onto a flat services parcel. Myself and my friend Larissa are interested in leasing land to expand our growing potential. We are both interested in farming enough for our families, doing some farm gate sales to support our hobby and to contribute to our community. This could be one dedicated crop like garlic, pumpkin patch, weaving materials, workshops. We are both proven, dedicated farmers. Larissa lives in town with her family but has owned and managed her a homestead in the Yukon prior to moving to the area. We are both employed but make time for our passions. Please let us know if you think we'd be a good fit
