Farm Project Description
Victoria and Fabian's farm project integrates wild-crafted skincare and specialty coffee with a focus on sustainability, food security, and community building. Victoria’s business centers around cultivating wildflowers for use in skincare products, such as infusions, tinctures, and teas. These products include a full facial line, as well as soaps, body scrubs, and perfumes, crafted on the farm.Fabian, owner of a mobile coffee shop and roasting company, specializes in single-origin, high-quality, locally roasted coffee beans. Together, they offer a unique collaboration by pairing freshly roasted coffee with wild food treats and desserts, as well as providing bagged coffee for customers to take home.
The farm’s mission extends beyond just these products. They aim to grow fruits and vegetables, applying homesteading skills such as canning, jam-making, and preserving to bring food security and sovereignty into their operations. Their vision includes long-term goals of creating a community space for workshops and training, fostering skills in sustainable living, and building capacity for the farm while generating revenue through value-added businesses.
