Most of the surface is rolling hillside and pasture, suitable for grazing animals (cows, sheep, goats). Several acres featured a creek, classified riparian zone, so cannot be used due to environmental protection.

Long-term goal or vision for land
We are an intergenerational family farm; three generations currently live here. The eldest are retired, and looking to not raise cattle anymore. The middle generations are raising 4 kids who are 12 and under, as well as chickens. It's not our main income, but we'd love to put the land to good use, keep farm status, and cultivate sustainable food for ourselves and our community. We currently have approx 100 layer hens, whose eggs we sell around the neighbourhood. (Website: https://kelownafarmfresheggs.weebly.com/). We'd be curious about finding a low-maintenance farming partner who can help keep this land used well.
