    The land is a bit uneven and not level. There are lots of blackberry bushes that need to be removed. There are plans drawn on how to excavate the land and make it easier to work on but also to keep a natural incline for drainage. The soil has been tested and majority is level 1 class soil.

    In my knowledge in the past the land has been leased by other neighbour farmers for haying. Besides that the land only has had a couple of horses on it for several years.
