Farm Project Description
My goal is to grow medicinal and culinary herbs (not cannabis) to sell to chefs, herbalists, naturopaths and acupuncturists via farmers markets, wholesale and online. I'm also considering a CSA program (Community Supported Agriculture).
I'll initially start on a small scale, 1 acre or less, and expand as success and capacity allow.
The mission is to foster health, curiosity and delight, growing plants and relationships that strengthen community, collective resilience and our local food system.
