It depends on its past performance of the matching land.
First year target is to continue its past performance with improvement in soil health and strategic planing.
If it is a new farm land with no past performance, then the first year target is to restore soil health suitable for organic farming, and grow different kinds of organic fruits and vegetables to start everything as sample testing. I can expend into more farming land and more productions in the second year.
