Description and historical use of land available for farming
The land has historically provided the bulk of food for the family with surplus being shared with the community. There have been multiple enterprises including a large layer operation.
There is a lot of potential for those who are willing and eager to work the land. The land is flat, is set up with infrastructure such as fencing and buildings and also has accommodation in the form of a two-bedroom cabin. There are large amounts of compost ready to be spread throughout the property to increase the overall fertility.
