Farm Project Description
I am looking for a small plot of land (2-5ac) that has reasonable fencing, access to drinkable water (for sheep) and ideally a small shelter to house a small flock (4-6) of sheep that will be used for training stock dogs to herd. The space will be used primarily by me to train my current dog , and from time to time I may train other peoples' dogs as well. Unirrigated hay fields are ideal for this if there is a pond on site.
I'm a responsible dog owner, seasoned trainer, experienced veterinarian and long time resident of the North Saanich area.
