Farm Project Description
The farm I would like to build would be based on long term sustainability, along with wide biodiversity of plant species to ensure a successful business model. Being able to provide quality produce to the local area or potentially further depending on the size of the farm/supply chain. Long term planning for soil health as well as crop yields can easily be executed once can be in contact with any potential land owners as to their current practices. The passion for this farm is about putting down roots in an established community and learning from the success of those in that community. Ideally finding a way to use the farm as an educational tool would be a passion project as well as a potential for more business opportunities

Ideally access to well or creek water along with the ability to have a mixing tank for any additives, irrigation system is ideal however I have experience with these and could build one out myself, water volume depends heavily on soil conditions, light exposure, crops, additives, pest pressure; so with all that in mind I would need more information on the land before I’d be able to provide an accurate answer
