Farm Project Description

Demo is an urban farm looking to expand to more field crops. We currently focus on tomatoes, herbs and flowers but would like to add in squash, corn, garlic, beans, root crops and brasssicas on a larger scale. Ideally there would be potential to add laying hens and bees in the future. We sell our produce to some of the best restaurants in town and collaborate on fun food events with local chefs. Our goal is to find a long term home to diversify offerings and mitigate the precarity of growing in an urban setting.
