Market gardening intensive vegetable production for sale to local restaurants and farmers markets. Following organic practices but not necessarily certified organic. The farm would start small working about .25 to .3 acres with a 5 year business plan to grow sales and scale to about 1 -1.5 acres according to local markets before reassessing beyond the 5 year goal. Other projects occurring on site could include compost production, beekeeping, chickens/small livestock, however the business plan and revenue from the farm would be based solely on the vegetable production in early years.
