Long-term goal or vision for land
Would like to see it back to its former glory as a working cattle and horse ranch.
We still have horses and cows that will stay for the rest of their lives on the property. This is non-negotiable. (older and special animals that deserve this) We would like to live/build a smaller home for ourselves, with the main house then being used for a new family coming in. In this way, we can assist with mentoring or various work related needs while being able to have some independence from the ranch. At some point, we will be fully retired from the ranching lifestyle, all horses and cows have passed and are now safe, and we can move on with little or no responsibility towards the ranch.
