Metanoia Farmers Worker Cooperative is a group of city-dwellers farming one acre of land on the outskirts of the Assiniboine forest in Treaty One territory. Those who participate in the growing season exchange labour shares for personal garden plots or fall storage vegetable shares. The shared labour is used to grow collective crops which are then supplied to Canadian Mennonite University’s Cafeteria and on campus cafe, folio. Metanoia also has a small egg CSA. Metanoia uses no-till, organic practices.
