Long-term goal or vision for land

I am looking for a market Gardner(s) that wants to participate in a hub for carbon beneficial mixed use farming. I am a clothing designer, educator, sheep and flower producer. I am building a multi purpose building to operate as farm store and community hub. I plan to teach and host workshops on textiles, dyeing, and anything else farming related! This building will have accommodations. I hope the market Gardner(s) wants to share in livestock management. They may or may not want to have livestock of their own. I am building towards hosting small intimate events where all things are produced on the farm. Meat, flowers, and veggies. I also grow limited medicinal herbs.
