Farm Project Description
I am looking for land that is no longer being farmed and sitting vacant or the farmer is interested in selling the land over a lease to own agreement if possible (lease to own is not mandatory). I would like the land to be 200+ acres in the Prince George area. Depending on the land condition and fence condition the land would either be used for hay production, grain production, or perennial seed production. If the fences are in repairable condition then the land would be used more for grazing of livestock.
