Farm Project Description

Canadian Christmas Tree Farm For over 40 years, my family has been dedicated to the wholesale Christmas tree business, nurturing beautiful trees at our farms in Oregon. As a proud resident of the Fraser Valley, I am excited to take the next step in our family tradition by establishing a Canadian Christmas tree farm right here in our community that can supply western Canada. (most wholesale farms are in the east coast) Why Fraser Valley? The Fraser Valley offers the perfect climate and soil conditions for growing high-quality Christmas trees that do more than adorn homes during the festive season—they create cherished memories for families. By starting this venture, I aim to connect with my roots and offer a sustainable option for local families while reducing the environmental impact of transporting trees from across the border. Our Commitment: Local and Sustainable Our project is focused on delivering lush, fresh, and fragrant Christmas trees to the western Canadian market. We are committed to sustainable farming practices that promote biodiversity and the health of our local ecosystem. By growing trees locally, we not only support the economy but also contribute to the overall well-being of our community. Community Engagement and Partnerships We believe in the importance of community and collaboration. As we embark on this journey, we hope to engage with local young farmers and agrarians through partnerships and knowledge sharing. Together, we can learn, grow, and cultivate a thriving local Christmas tree market that serves families across the Fraser Valley. Join Us on This Journey We are seeking to lease land in the Fraser Valley for this exciting project. If you or someone you know has available land for lease and shares our passion for agriculture and community, we would love to connect. With a vision rooted in tradition and a commitment to sustainability, we look forward to bringing the magic of Christmas closer to home.
