Farm Project Description
Small-scale intensive organic, minimal/no till. The staple is hemp, I am licensed; very nutritious grain (I make a good powerbar), soil remediation, rotation/covercrop, fibre, want to try using the hurd for biochar as well. Lamb is another many-purpose option; meat, wool, want to learn leather tanning. From there I will do some mixed vegetables, greens, herbs with companion planting plus would like to work with some oats and/or buckwheat. Will work for own compost and mulch.
