Here is a well-established garden area ready for immediate use - it’s fully fenced, with irrigation easily accessible. A perfect opportunity for an ambitious market gardener with aspirations to be successful. The landholders are especially keen to welcome farmers from under-represented communities—including BIPOC and queer farmers. More than anything, they’re looking forward to sharing the land with folks whose core values align with theirs.

Description and historical use of land available for farming
Tha landholders moved to the farm in 2019 with the goal of starting a cider orchard and cidery, growing food for their family, and slowing things down a little. Since then, they have planted 5 acres of apple orchard, and built a Fruit Press business on the farm. The available garden area was created to grow produce for the family - all set up with fencing and irrigation, and is ready to be cultivated as a market garden! It is about 3/4 acre in size, and can fit 27 x 100ft beds.
