General farming (3 years+) - We grew up with our grandparents having land and usually tending to it. Also I'm studying herbalism in a farm, and we have farm sitted this farm. We live in an acreage and have out chickens, goats, and herb and vegetable garden. But landlord doesn't allow us to do more.
Other experience/agricultural/business training - My husband's business consulting company specializes in development of businesses.
Do you have a business plan?
No - But we are starting to work on it more formally.
Do you have financial resources available to start your farm?
Yes - We have a little bit of savings, but depending on the work needed, the plan is to do it ourselves.
Do you have access to other financial resources (such as a financial partner, loan, etc.) to start your farm?'
No - I don't think so, but depends on how the farm and land looks like.

Farm Name
Back to the roots- a space to learn
Farm Project Description
Our vision is to have different animals, chickens, goats, horses, sheep, rabbits, all of them contributing to a healthy cycle. Using their manure, composting and interacting with the land and gardens.
Gardens would have a combination of medicinal herbs and vegetables. Herbs would be mostly perennials.
By having all of these in place, we would love to be a place where people wanting to learn about where the food comes from could come, learn about medicinal plants and their uses, make a little u-cut patch where people can pick their herbs, then head to a space where they can curate their own remedies.
We would specially love to be a space where homeschoolers can meet, learn about the animals and the plants, and create a live community, just like a farm ecosystem, everyone contributing in their own ways.
We want to go back to basics, and bring people along this journey, trusting our precious nature and generosity of the world.
