Elvra Farms will focus on cultivating fresh, nutrient-dense microgreens and salad mixes year-round in Vernon, BC. The goal is to provide local consumers, restaurants, and farmers' markets with sustainable, healthy produce. As a first-generation farmer, I am seeking mentorship, land access, and funding to build a scalable indoor and outdoor farming model with the possibility of expanding into powdered microgreen supplements in the future.
