Project

Farm Name
Sweetpea Farms
Farm Project Description

Sweetpea Farms is a small-scale, sustainable livestock-based farm built on respect for the land, animals, and community. The farm raises pigs, turkeys, chickens, and cattle with the goal of providing high-quality, ethically raised food products. Every animal is cared for with intention and respect, ensuring healthy, happy lives that translate into nutrient-rich meats for families seeking food they can trust. In addition to livestock, Sweetpea Farms also creates unique value-added products such as herbal oil-based salves/products and lard-based moisturizers made from homegrown herbs and farm-rendered ingredients. These offerings reflect the farm’s mission to reduce waste, make full use of what is produced, and share natural, sustainable goods with the community. Sweetpea Farms also aims to inspire and educate, wanting to offer workshops for children and aspiring hobby farmers to learn about animal care, food production, and self-sufficient living. Whether through nourishing food, thoughtfully crafted goods, or hands-on learning, Sweetpea Farms is rooted in a commitment to sustainability, integrity, and care.
